You can expect that our phones are answered by a live person during normal business hours Mon. thru Fri. 9:00 am - 5:00pm . You can expect that our fax machine is on 24 hours a day and we check our voice and e-mails daily.
You can expect to receive detailed monthly and/or quarterly computerized statements showing all income and expenditure related with your property.
You can expect that we will advertise your vacant property and will schedule showings 7 days a week with all prospective tenants until your rental property is leased.
You can expect us to perform superior tenant screening in selecting the right tenants for your property. We ensure that our property owners get the caliber of tenants they deserve.
You can expect us to conduct detailed property inspections when tenants move out to ensure that the tenant return the property to us in the same condition as they first rented it. Also, we conduct property inspections upon the receipt of written requests from tenants for any maintenance and/or repairs to your property.
